Hello, Go players:

We invite you to the Mannheim Go Open Autumn 2017 (20th “{{lang|de|Mannheimer Aji}}”) which will take place on the 28th and 29thTourn29th of October, 2017.

We have decided to save the traditional Mannheim Go tournament, because our goal is to offer fun, creative and beautiful Go games in Baden.

Our greatest challenge was finding an affordable and available location for the tournament. Our solution: the Neckarstadt Community Center (Bürgerhaus Neckarstadt), where the Mannheim Chess Club also plays. We are hoping to cover part of these expenses by lowering the entry fee to 1012 € and thereby attracting a larger number of players. This 20th edition of the “{{lang|de|Mannheimer Aji}}” will again be a fivefour round McMahon tournament. With time control (60 minutes, Canadian overtime 20 stones/5 minutes) we remain in the A Class according to the EGF-classification.
